I was approached by The BBC's Homes Under The Hammer programme. Initially I said no as these kind of programmes can make the people look a bit stupid (which I no doubt am) but after watching a couple of times I decided that they are not too bad so I agreed! The initial filming was a week before completion to show the building as it stood at the time of auction. The plan is normally to revisit and film for the second time after 3 months but hopefully I'll get a little longer as my plans will take around a year. I need to do a bit more then give the place a lick of paint. The picture below shows the estate agent being interviewed on the Sydenham Lane side.
