Sewer connected!
-
Plastic pipe inside the building connects to the clay external pipe.
-
A block conduit will hold pea gravel which is used to support the pipe. Normally a conduit wouldn't be used, just a trench but I don't want any movement as the foamglass under the concrete slab (which is above this whole arrangement) is brittle so any movement could cause it to crack.
-
The inspection chamber sits in a block chamber for the same movement around the foamglas reasons.
-
This is the wrong type of pipe connector when there is a slight change in pipe direction.

Re-surfacing the road after the sewer connection.

-
Radon barrier membrane being measured out for under the inspection chamber's block chamber.
-
The correct 'swivel to change the angle' pipe connector.
-
Incorrect polyethene membrane being removed. Stupid mistake.

The block which holds the sewer pipe.

Sand base to support the radon barrier.

Orange radon barrier in, sand bases in bays for the first retaining wall being smoothed.
